What we cannot do
We cannot modify, reschedule, or cancel a booking, issue refunds, or view your voucher. That booking isn’t ours: it’s between you, the operator running the tour, and GetYourGuide. The right channel is the contact in your confirmation email, which is also the fastest, as they’ll have the booking number in front of them. If the issue is the park being closed due to wind, what usually happens is explained in Vesuvius closed due to bad weather: even in that case, however, the operator has the final say.
We don’t book on your behalf, hold spots, or have a phone number to call. We don’t even act as guides on-site.
What we can do
Answering questions about which tour makes sense for your situation if you’re torn between two options and the pages haven’t cleared your doubts. Correcting an error: if something written here is no longer true, let us know and we’ll fix it, with thanks. Receiving feedback from someone who has just returned from the mountain, which is the best way we have to keep the pages updated. And speaking with operators and press offices who want to point something out to us.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
No. We are not the seller and do not have access to bookings. You must contact the provider listed in your confirmation email, which is GetYourGuide and the tour operator.
How long does it take for you to respond?
Usually within two or three working days. This is not a customer-service line: we’re a small team and the site has no switchboard. If your tour is tomorrow, write directly to whoever issued the voucher.
